Tecnitainer Projects Growth in the Isotank Market in 2026

After recording significant growth over the past 12 months, the Tecnitainer Group maintains an optimistic outlook for the logistics and foreign trade sector in 2026—especially for the isotank segment. Driven by major acquisitions and advances in innovation, the company plans to consolidate its leadership position in the market.

Claudio Ezio Ioselli Junior, managing partner of the Tecnitainer Group, explains that the strategy for the new year includes monitoring trends and, of course, maintaining investments to ensure the continuous improvement of all processes.

“We are attentive to market demands and to our clients’ needs. Our commitment is to continue delivering innovative, high-quality solutions, maintaining the standard of excellence that sets us apart in the sector,” the executive says.

A year of achievements

In 2025, the market showed strength amid changes in the national and international landscape, achieving significant results. According to data from the Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services (Secex/MDIC), Brazilian exports totaled US$ 348.7 billion. This result is US$ 9 billion higher than the previous record, set in 2023.

Compared to 2024, export growth in volume was 5.7%, comfortably surpassing the 2.4% global growth estimated by the World Trade Organization.

The global isotank market is estimated to reach an assessed value of approximately US$ 829.10 million in 2025, according to a report by Expert Market Research. The study also notes that projections are optimistic for the coming years, with forecasts of a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) between 4.96% and 8.7% in the period through 2032/2035.

Amid this backdrop of development and opportunity, the Tecnitainer Group also posted significant results in 2025, substantially improving processes, expanding its portfolio, and breaking records.

The acquisition of Sistema Transportes LTDA in August was one of the major highlights, enabling the company to add bulk road transportation of chemical products to its services. With this integration, the group strengthened its position as one of the leading players in the logistics sector, offering a complete portfolio of services to the market.

Goals and opportunities

For Claudio Ezio Ioselli Junior, the Tecnitainer Group’s success is directly linked to its commitment to excellence and its ability to adapt to market changes. “Our focus is always on the customer. We are constantly improving our processes and investing in innovation to ensure our services meet the highest expectations,” the executive emphasizes.

In this context, the Tecnitainer Group has set significant goals for 2026. In addition to ongoing investments in innovation and infrastructure, the company’s management assesses trends and continues to monitor opportunities, always seeking to meet each client’s needs and demands.

With a strategic vision and a highly qualified team, the Tecnitainer Group begins 2026 with optimism and determination. “We are committed to efficiency in all activities, aligned with the best environmental, management, and governance practices. Today, the synergy among the group’s companies allows us to offer complete and customized solutions, meeting the needs of each client,” concludes Claudio Ezio Ioselli Junior.

Tecnitainer Announces the Acquisition of Sistema Transportes LTDA

The Tecnitainer Group, the leading reference in the isotank decontamination sector in the country, announces to the market the acquisition of Sistema Transportes LTDA, a company recognized for its excellence in road transportation of chemical products.

The agreement between the parties was signed on August 4. The new management took over on August 7, when the new directors were introduced to the team of employees.

The Tecnitainer Group’s interest in Sistema Transportes LTDA arose from the management developed over the years by the former partners, who are now leaving the company.

With this further strategic move, the Tecnitainer Group expands its portfolio and reinforces its commitment to excellence and to the diversification of activities in the isotank decontamination sector and in the road transportation of chemical products, comprehensively meeting the many needs of each client.

“The integration of Sistema Transportes LTDA into the Tecnitainer Group represents another significant step in our growth and innovation journey, enabling the expansion of the range of solutions we already offer, while also strengthening our presence in a highly dynamic market that is essential to the Brazilian economy,” explains the managing partner of the Tecnitainer Group, Claudio Ezio Ioselli Junior.

Tradition and innovation

With more than 65 years of history, Sistema Transportes LTDA was created from the merger of the companies Rodoviário Santista (1954) and Satel (1972). Since its founding, the company has had respect for the customer, innovation, and leadership in its DNA, being a pioneer in the transport and operation of isotanks.

Now, Sistema Transportes LTDA gains even greater relevance in the market by becoming part of the group, which already includes Maritime World’s operations in the logistics and foreign trade segment.

In its more than 15-year history, the Tecnitainer Group has maintained a bold, highly active management approach, with qualified, focused, and customized service tailored to each client’s specific characteristics and needs.

From the outset, the company has adopted a policy of continuous development, with significant investments both in infrastructure and in team qualification, as well as in logistical improvements and the enhancement of all processes.

This innovative stance has enabled the Tecnitainer Group to build one of the best structures in Latin America for the maintenance, cleaning, and decontamination of isotanks.

In addition to Tecnitainer, Sistema Transportes LTDA, and Maritime World, the Tecnitainer Group also includes Santos Tank, headquartered at Rua João Paulo Deales Bernardo, 113, in the Alemoa neighborhood, in Santos. Acquired in 2023 as part of the expansion process, the company added more benefits and options for clients.

“The acquisition of Sistema Transportes LTDA adds to the outstanding work carried out by each of the group’s companies, expanding our portfolio. We remain attentive to the market and to opportunities that can bring even more benefits to our clients,” concludes Claudio Ezio Ioselli Junior.

Santos Tank Logística Becomes Part of the Tecnitainer Group

Tecnitainer informs the market of the acquisition of Santos Tank Logística. The negotiations were concluded in early August. As a result, from now on both companies are part of the same group. Despite the acquisition, Santos Tank Logística will keep the same name and maintain its headquarters at Rua João Paulo Deales Bernardo, 113, in the Alemoa neighborhood, in Santos.

The acquisition of Santos Tank Logística further strengthens the Tecnitainer Group as the largest company in the isotank decontamination segment in the country.

“This move is part of our expansion strategy, with the aim of offering even more benefits and options to our clients, always preserving our hallmark of working toward the continuous improvement of the services we provide,” highlights the managing director of the Tecnitainer Group, Claudio Ezio Ioselli Junior.

Benefits for the sector

With easy access, Santos Tank Logística is located in a strategic area for the Port of Santos, as well as for the Anchieta–Imigrantes Highway System (SAI).
“This acquisition will certainly have a positive impact on the market, as it will bring many benefits to customer service, with quality and greater flexibility,” he emphasizes.

As with Tecnitainer, Santos Tank Logística has, in its warehouse, an area suitable for the cleaning and decontamination of chemical isotanks, as well as an exclusive food-grade bay, fully isolated.

The company also has an appropriate space for isotank refurbishment and maintenance, as well as adequate infrastructure for effluent treatment and a gas scrubber, enabling compliance with current legislation.

Despite the infrastructure it already has, Santos Tank Logística will now undergo a gradual improvement process, both structural and logistical. “We are already adopting here the same differentiated service and quality standard we use at Tecnitainer, which will ensure the standardization of services at both companies,” explains the operations manager, Michel Thomaz.

Tecnitainer terminals

In addition to the new Santos Tank Logística area, it is worth noting that Tecnitainer has two other terminals on Padre Manoel da Nóbrega Highway, Km 286, in São Vicente, also in a strategic, easily accessible region. The company continues in constant improvement throughout its more than 15-year history.

With one of the best structures in Latin America for the cleaning and decontamination of isotanks, Tecnitainer’s Terminal 1 has a 1,850 m² warehouse, with specific entrances for each of the activities carried out on site, which streamlines the entire logistics of internal operations.

Among its main differentiators is the total segregation of decontamination bays for chemical and food-grade isotanks. This eliminates any possibility of cross-contamination or what is known as a Critical Control Point.

The terminal also features a modern, differentiated structure with a laboratory and areas suitable for effluent treatment and a gas scrubber, complying with legislation and adopting good practices.

This, in fact, is part of our process of adopting and improving good practices related to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance).

Terminal 2, in turn, has 14,000 m². Inaugurated in 2018, the fully paved area helped with tank storage, nearly tripling the company’s stock capacity.

“From the beginning, our proposal has been to create the best terminal for cleaning and decontamination of isotanks. We always strategically assess market needs and customer demand. That is why we maintain this constant improvement process, paying attention to every detail,” concludes the managing director of the Tecnitainer Group, Claudio Ezio Ioselli Junior.
